DONALD T. BRIGGS retired from KPMG LLP after thirty-five years serving in the San Francisco office. During his tenure there, he led the development of two business units and
served public and private companies by providing audit and consulting services. In addition to his work experience, Mr. Briggs has served more than twenty-five not-for-profit organizations in
leadership positions including board member and president positions. Mr. Briggs was raised in upstate New York and received his Bachelor of Science and Master degrees in Accounting from the
University at Albany. He currently serves as a director on the board of TMC Mortgage Development Company.
PAUL S. FOSTER has rejoined Fairhills Capital after 6 years with Allegiant Partners Inc., a $30M equipment leasing company, where his responsibilities included the solicitation of transactions from brokers and leasing companies, plus syndications of transactions. Until 2002, Paul was the principal of Fairhills Capital Corporation where he completed over $400 million in a wide variety of private placements. Paul’s prior experience was as a commercial banker. He has served as the head of corporate banking for a $4 billion community bank and head of the National Division for a $10 billion regional bank. He continues as a board member of Allegiant Partners. He is also a member of the board of Capital Access Group, a certified development company that provides SBA loans, and EAH, a not for profit developer of affordable housing. Paul is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a BS in Business Administration.
CAROL W. LUSTENADER is an experienced mid-market public company Chief Financial Officer and financial leadership consultant. She has taken a company public on the London AIM exchange and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at public and private high tech and medical device companies. Her consulting experience includes projects such as performing financial restatements, improving internal controls, advising the founders of start-ups on capital formation, and business financial planning. She received a Master of Business Administration from the Simon School of the University of Rochester, New York, and her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wells College. She also attended UCLA and Middlebury College.
